How to create a .wav file from sound evidence from voice mail:

You will need:

A computer.
A microphone for your computer.
They can be purchased for under 10 dollars at Radio Shack, Staples, or Media Play.
A phone with speaker phone capability.
An audio recording program. Windows comes with a free recording utility called Sound Recorder.
If you are using Windows, go to Start>Programs>Accessories>Entertainment>Sound Recorder.

How to Record:

Place the phone next to your computer and place your microphone near the phone speaker.
Set the volume control on the speakerphone.
Access your voice mail and play your Frankie sound evidence.
Use the sound recorder utility to record from your speaker phone.

When your message is complete - save the file from your Sound Recorder (File>Save As>myfrankie.wav) and email it to us!
