A Piece of Frankie Lore...Lamello spliners
Hello all-
Perhaps some of you don't know of some of Frank's more esoteric talents, but I know a little. Frank is secretly a woodworking studio artist, and has always stayed very current on the wood tech scene. For example, his knowledge of Lamello spliners is simply sublime. At his place on *********, unbeknownst to many, Frank has worked feverishly joining together exotic hardwoods in his pursuit of producing the perfect wooden phallus. He has numerous examples, not on display, but only for those that are, in his words, "ready to surrender to wood". Difficult as artists may be, Frank has kept his humble personality intact, his only tics being a desire for a certain amount of space between him and others, and also finding the perfect wax to polish his wood."The maintainance of the tool becomes obvious" he once said to me. I believe him. While some might ponder this expression of his artistic talent, we must ultimately go to the man himself for the answer. Frank has adopted a model for living which we have referred to as "Frank's scale of Life". It can be measured, obviously, against a vertical post of wood. Frank is "up here" and all others are "down there". I must admit, I still don't know quite what he means, in that regard, but I do know that if I ever see things as they really are, I will shout out"Bingo"!!!
He knows who this is
